What is a mentor….? by Val Clemont
It is someone who becomes a friend to you and your business and like a good friend, sometimes they tell us things that we don’t always like to hear. However a mentor is someone who is always going to treat you with respect and honour your ideas as well as my own. Yes, me Val Clemont, your mentor commits to you and your business.
Time is what is going to make this relationship work. I am going to ask you questions that you may feel are irrelevant but I will always walk you through the reason and the why I think it is the best move for you to make in your business.
My mantra in life is really simple… Change your mind you change your life.
Life can hand us some pretty scary things when we are starting a business and we can become a victim of our own fear. You need to believe…Change your mind, from what is holding you back and feel that fear and do it anyway. Author Susan Jeffries book: “Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway”, is a recommended read. It allows us to not only feel the fear, but it moves us forward and gives us a reason to celebrate our change.
In order for us to move forward and go to work on the things that are concerning you about your business, I need you to tell me what you are wanting help with. If I don’t have the immediate answer for you myself, I will either research your question and find the answer, or I will tap into my resources for you and find the answer.
